Using this site

Q. How can I move between different site areas?

A. The primary horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page is divided into the four main areas of this website. These will provide further links to take you to sub-categories within these main areas. You will also find links and menus throughout the page enabling you to jump directly to different areas of interest.

Q. How do I know which area of the site I am in?

A. The heading that appears on the top of the page under the KiwiSaver logo will tell you where you are in the site.

Q. How can I get back to the homepage?

A. Clicking on the KiwiSaver logo on the top-left of the screen from any page will take you back to the homepage. You will also find a text link called 'Home' at the top of every page. You can get to Inland Revenue's homepage by clicking on the logo in the bottom right of the page.

Q. I can't find what I am looking for

A. There is a search box at the top of every page. Just enter your query words and click the button. For better results try to use specific words.  For example if you want information on joining KiwiSaver use the keyword "joining".
