Before you contact us
Legislation has been passed that affects KiwiSaver members.
Customers are currently asking us:
- when will my member tax credit be in my KiwiSaver account?
- what do I need to do to get an employer contribution?
- how do I choose my own scheme?
- what happens if my circumstances change after I've joined?
- what returns can I expect?
- can I opt out?
- can I view my contributions online?
- why haven't my contributions been passed to my scheme provider?
- why is my refund taking so long?
- why have I only got part of my refund?
Additional KiwiSaver information for employers is available on the Inland Revenue website.
